Delivery is free throughout France from 60€ of purchase at a Relay Point, place your order with complete peace of mind.
Can I change my order after I place it?
Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed it may be difficult to change it. Contact our customer service as soon as possible to discuss the available options.
What is your return policy?
You can return a product in its original condition up to 15 days after receiving it. See our "Return Policy" page for details on return conditions, refunds, and exchanges.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also go to the "order tracking" page to follow the status of your order in real time.
